From December 2020 to January 2021, we ran an extensive international advertising campaign to promote major tourist destinations across the Czech Republic.
CAMPAIGN TARGETING
The goal of the campaign was to reach as many tourists as possible
in the neighbouring countries (Germany, Austria, Poland,
Slovakia) and to bring visitors to the localised website.
By targeting neighbouring countries, the campaign visuals reached a significant part of the population in the whole Central Europe region. Specifically in Germany, Austria, Poland and Slovakia.
ADVERTISING FORMATS
For the campaign, we used Facebook ad formats, programmatic display advertising and the Teads platform, which contains interesting and attractive formats.
How did the campaign do?
Despite the fact that the campaign took place in December, a period associated with relatively high prices, and at the same time the start and progress of the campaign was accompanied by complications associated with Covid-19, we managed to meet the media plan and secure ten million impressions and hundreds of thousands of clicks.

Given the situation caused by Covid-19, the campaign was very challenging from the point of view of the management of the whole project. There were frequent changes of creatives, tracking and reinforcing the campaign and of course very flexible evaluation of what was happening in each region. However, even these complications did not prevent the achievement of the set goals, which led to complete client satisfaction.
